Responsible of the proper operations/maintenance of the test equipment, follow up the preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Create, develop, and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance plans (test equipment and tooling), as needed.
Responsible for keeping up the spare parts inventories.
Responsible for upkeep of repair procedures.
Maintain equipment inventories.
Control of measurement equipment.
Tools and / or consumables requirements
Create develop and maintain calibration plans (test equipment and tooling).
Create develop and test procedures and manuals for test equipment and tooling.
Focus target in equipment uptime.
The ideal candidate
Minimum at least an technical or electronics training certification; Associate degree in Engineering such as test, manufacturing, process, industrial or equivalent engineering discipline preferred.
Detailed understanding of diagnostic, troubleshooting, product test, failure analysis, and debug techniques.
Strong technical background in electronics & electro-mechanics.
Experience in Test and Process Engineering
Strong written and oral communications skills (bilingual English/Spanish a plus)
Ability to work in a matrix organization

Good computer skills (MS-Office and MS-Project)

Basic Financial knowledge
Experience working with warranty reduction and value improvement initiatives preferred.
